Stifel, Nicolaus & Company Selects Scherrer’s Recruiter’s Ally CRM as Part of its Advisor Relationship Management and Productivity Toolset

Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, a subsidiary of Stifel Financial Corp. (NYSE: SF), has selected the web-server hosted relationship management software Recruiter’s AllyTM, from Scherrer Resources, Inc. for its recruiting and transition management team. Stifel has identified Scherrer Resources, Inc. and their Recruiter’s Ally applicant tracking system software (ATS) as a superior web-based relationship management technology to support its business development efforts. The benefits of using Recruiter’s Ally will be increased efficiency, better targeted recruiting, faster decision-making, and reduced cost.

Stifel selected Recruiter’s Ally ATS system to support their business goals which are to enable team members to work more efficiently from any PC or mobile device from differing geographic locations using features such as interview tracking, profiling, note taking, action tracking and milestones for broker/dealer investment advisory recruiting, transition management and on-boarding. The technical design includes hosting a web-based solution to enable 24/7 access from all business locations with Scherrer acting as an application service provider (ASP).
