Scherrer names Ally CRM Marketing Team for EMEA

Philadelphia, PA (February 10, 2010) Scherrer Resources, Inc., the leading provider of software and solutions for the global relationship management (xRM) industry, today announced new marketing appointments in the European, Middle East and African region to support the continued growth of the enhanced global-coverage organization.

Karen Haggerty has been assigned to expand activity in Scherrer's EMEA region. Haggerty joined Scherrer in 1998 and expanded business in Spain, United Kingdom and other European countries and her focus has been in the investment advisor marketplace for the Ally CRM products and to expand Scherrer's client base into new markets."

This new appointment spans across a wide range of functions, but are mainly focused on client services and support. Scherrer's EMEA business has grown consistently over the last ten years and has developed a strong and loyal client base across the wealth management, CRM, and SFA management sectors in over 26 countries worldwide. Coupled with the plan of continued growth is ensuring that all clients receive world class services and support, and Scherrer has made these three important appointments to support this strategy. William Kinney has been appointed Manager, Client Services and has expanded digital communication tools to support worldwide and world-class services to its growing EMEA business. "Bill has been with the company since 1996 and has been instrumental in growing the client services business both domestically and in EMEA. Bill has also worked in our Philadelphia regional headquarters on the development of future support tools for Scherrer Ally CRM products, with increased focus on international requirements," said Jim Scherrer. "Bill already has great relationships with many of our clients and his role will help reinforce our strong commitment to building long term relationships with our growing client list."
